I began as a scientist — pipettes, UPLC columns, ADME assays, the controlled precision of a pharmaceutical lab. My thesis at Aragen Life Sciences in Bangalore placed me inside a world-class DMPK department, quantifying the behaviour of molecules, understanding how drugs are absorbed, distributed, metabolised, and excreted. I learned to trust data over intuition.
But I also began to see something bigger. Every molecule in that lab was the result of a market decision — a pipeline choice, a forecasting model, a competitive intelligence call made years earlier. The science and the strategy were inseparable.
"The most powerful insight in pharma isn't found in a peer-reviewed paper — it's at the intersection of clinical data, market dynamics, and competitive behaviour. That's where I operate."
— Vandana PujariToday, as an Associate at Clarivate, I lead end-to-end market research for the global MedTech sector. I build 10-year forecasting models, conduct primary KOL research, and deliver competitive intelligence decks to senior leadership at Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes, and Ethicon.
I am an 8-time GTU University Topper, an AIR 192 GPAT ranker, and a graduate of India's most prestigious pharmaceutical institution. I bring the rigour of a scientist to every strategic problem I touch.
